East Coast Blizzard forward, Ryan Loveless, has been named Most Respectful and Effective Player this season. Loveless was presented with the award prior to the club's March 31, 2022 playoff game in Mt. Pearl. Across 32 games this season, Loveless scored 43 points while racking up just 18 penalty minutes.

Loveless is a co-winner of the award this season, sharing it with Adam Pinksen of the Central Impact.
